Performance groups use 2025 company percentile thresholds from 305 setters with at least 10 gross sales.

Install Rate uses the 2025 net-sale-rate distribution as its benchmark.

Pay-assumption groups use ION Solar Stats distributions. Average System Size uses equal-weight 2025 sales-team averages from Net Sale Pay; Net PPW uses the sales-team distribution and excludes Chicago and Illinois.

Pay uses the official setter payscale recorded in the estimator Google Sheet, expanded to every $0.05 PPW using midpoint interpolation. Monthly projections use the selected annual workdays divided by 12. Projected counts are rounded as shown in each period row before calculating pay and bonuses.

Training Pay pays $1,000 after the first 10 sits and at the 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th gross sales.

Production Bonus divides projected annual gross sales by 12, uses that monthly average to select the $20–$70 per-kW tier, then multiplies the selected rate by total installed kW.

$250/Close No Clawback adds $250 for every projected gross sale, regardless of whether the sale installs.
